Testing the product prior to riding on the road proved to be in vain. It seemed like a tank. I couldn't budge the phone in any direction (besides the movement on the ball joint). It broke on the first trip on the interstate. I am returning the product to Best Buy. I just want to help others avoid the mistake I made by purchasing this product.

There is a black circular piece on the back of the mount which you can twist in order to tighten or loosen the piece of the mount which holds your device. It wasn’t easy to use when your in a hurry to either put the phone in or to take it out. It was either too tight or loose on the phone and I didn’t end up using it.
