Make sure you clean off both your windshield and the rubber suction cup on the mount before applying, in order to ensure there is no residue blocking suction. I thought maybe I used it too much so I bought another one in less than a month it broke. Don't buy these. They will break on you.

I was unable to use the vent style but ended up with the cup holder style and it worked perfect. Not sure if it was because it was repackaged.

The bottom did not stick to my car and the top broke off within a few uses. This item was way to expensive for it to not work but I couldn't return it after the 14 days at the store.
