In order to ensure the mount will stick to the dash, rinse off both the dash / windshield as well as the rubber suction cup on the mount in order to ensure there is no residue blocking suction. This will allow the mount to stick to your surface effortlessly. It's also possible that your dashboard is not compatible with rubber suction mounts. In that case, I would highly recommend considering a vent mount instead, which is simply attached to the vents in your vehicle. We do offer this same OneClick mount in a vent version, if you're interested. Thanks, Bracketron Support

I would highly recommend rinsing off the suction cup on the mount as well as your dashboard with water, in order to ensure there is no residue blocking suction. Also, it may be possible that your dashboard is not compatible with suction mounts. I would also recommend looking into the vent version of this mount, called the OneClick Vent mount at Best Buy.
