Posted .Hi there, thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear the OneClick mount won't stay on your dash. It's possible your dashboard may have a texture that is not compatible with dash mounts. Posted .Hi there Jass, this is Kaleb with Bracketron. I'm sorry to hear you had some trouble with the OneClick dash mount. In order to ensure the mount will stick to the dash, rinse off both the dash / windshield as well as the rubber suction cup on the mount in order to ensure there is no residue blocking suction. This will allow the mount to stick to your surface effortlessly. It's also possible that your dashboard is not compatible with rubber suction mounts. In that case, I would highly recommend considering a vent mount instead, which is simply attached to the vents in your vehicle. We do offer this same OneClick mount in a vent version, if you're interested. Thanks, Bracketron Support

In order to ensure there is no residue blocking suction, we recommend cleaning off your dash / windshield with water as well as the rubber suction cup on the mount. After doing so, the mount should suction tightly to your surface. It is also possible that your dash is not compatible with suction mounts. Could be much better
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Okay so I bought this product I have tryed dozens I currently have a armor ulefone 6s so many of these types of mounts won't fit my phone infact this mount barley fits my phone but it's a pain trying to get my phone on it, very difficult and I can't put the phone in it while on the dash because it slips right off, I haven't tryed it on the window yet but I'm not sure I want to my phone is heavy duty so it's kinda heavy. I use my navigation almost everywhere I go, I'm a fairly new driver and I can never remember any directions. I tryed to use the mount several times and at one point I had my phone in it and it was mounted on my dash my dash is flat and straight where I put it and I was going around a slight curve that led down a hill and the whole thing fell off I had to grab the steering wheel with one hand and go reaching for my phone, I don't want to have to worry about something like that happening again so I might put some kind of bonding agent on the bottom of the suction, I really don't want to have to do that tho so before I attempt that does anyone have any suggestions? Or do they know of any other kind of car mount that is similar to this one that I can put my phone into easily as it is I have to use two hands and try and pry apart the holder and Jam my phone into it and the only place it fits is by my volume buttons so it keeps my volume setting turned on over my Google maps. Any ideas? I was really hopeful that this product would do what I needed it to instead because I can't get it to stay on my dash with out slipping off even when I put my phone into it first and then try and stick the whole thing phone included into my dash it will suction for a few minutes and then fall right off which is hazardous when I am already on the road.

The cheap plastic parts inside that control the adjusters broke and rendered the whole thing useless. Poor quality product, don't recommend.
