Poor design

The suction cup is well designed, the arm is very sturdy and strong, yet flexible to be bent any way you want it.... however... the downfall is the little pin that grips the teeth at the end of the arm, near the suction cup. The pin is made of some inferior plastic and it rounds off (by the 3rd use) and it won’t stay in place. As a result, the suction cup lock pops open with a LOUD pop and the thing falls off the windshield shortly after.
