||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this hoping for a fix to a simple problem, my previous $5 mount (different brand) which I bought elsewhere lasted for about two years until I upgraded to the 8 plus which was too wide. After purchasing this i became immediately annoyed... the goose neck jiggles with every slightest movement meaning the screen moves constantly. The clips on the side are supposed to ratchet when you push them snug to the phone, unfortunately the one I purchased only did so about half the time so putting the phone onto the mount became a hassle. Being someone who tries to stay positive and muster on, I exchanged this for the more expensive magnetic version.... the magnet isn’t strong enough to hold the iPhone 8+ and silicon case, so after awhile it slides off and falls. These mounts are a hair more expensive than others and are quite low in quality, they even feel a little cheap/rickety/not solid... I will be returning the magnetic mount and looking elsewhere.
