I've had this in my car for a little over a year. It hasn't been re-mounted and it is treated gently. Within the year, the stick broke away from the base, the actual phone holding part came unglued and finally has broken off beyond repair when slipping my phone out. I know it probably sounds silly but I am really irritated that I'm having to throw this out after a year.

I bought this and was hoping it was better. It holds the phone fine, however it shakes really bad. It's very distracting since it bounces up and down.

The holder is functional, but a bulky to use the phone while in the cradle. rattles when the phone isn't in the cradle.

I bought this but found another product that was the same exact thing but MUCH cheaper. I ended up returned this product.

It’s all right, the fingers to hold your phone could be a little better, however it does hold my phone bouncing around in a big truck.

I ordered this phone holder and loved it, but had to return it because I wanted one that I would be able to use with my navigation system as well.

Works well but I’m having a hard time getting my phone in and out easily. I have a iPhone 6s Plus with a case and its difficult to get into the holder.

This was a really good product when I first bought it. Over time however the suction cup starts to fail to the point where it won't stay on my windshield.

This mount is great for hands free talking, however it vibrates and shakes while driving. Makes it a little difficult to see when using as a GPS.

Not my favorite phone holder. Needed something quick and this did work. Phone wobbles in this and makes annoying sounds

The item sticks to the windshield very well. Bending the arm is easy to configure, with some muscle. The claps do not open all the way once compressed.

It flexes and positions nicely on my window but will not stick to my dash since it is not a completely smooth surface (this was expected). The button to open the sides got stuck in the open position the very first time I used it. When this happens, the sides will not ratchet and lock the phone in place. Since the button is a small smooth surface, you have to really work to get it back out. When I bought this, it was for a trip the next day or I would have returned it.

This one broke eventually but still works after a year of use. Gorilla glue might keep it together.

Needed it for a trip, use it when I travel, or expecting a call. Wish it would connect to dash. But it helps for long distance. It is shaky.

Worked perfectly throughout the summer. During winter, the holder popped off from the arm. It looks like the glue they used wasn't so strong.

I like it but it makes a rattling noise when I am driving. Also is doesn’t stay stuck the the windshield when the weather changes.

It was too bulky in my car for what I wanted, so I went with something else!

I like it but not as sturdy as I’d like. When it’s cold outside it won’t stick and falls off until glass is warm.

This phone holder works well at first but after awhile and lots of use it starts to deteriorate.

Used it daily for a year, no hassle. Now the suction cup won’t hold to the windshield with my new phone due to the weight.
