After the first week the two arm that hold the phone stopped working and would not open when you push the button. Also the piece that holds your phone is only held on by a little dab of glue and will pull right off when you are trying to adjust the position of the holder.

I didn’t like that this one only mounted to the window. I wish it would have mounted to the dash. I also don’t like that you have to use two hands to secure the phone in place. My previous stand was one touch and done.

Now I need to drill a hole and add a screw to keep it in place. The ratcheted clamp that holds the phone feels flimsy as well. It works but I am not confident for how long
