Would like a more solid holder for a heavy device.

I am having a lot of trouble getting this to attach to the glass on my windshield in a safe location. When I do get my phone in, the arm moves up and down. It does hold the phone securely but I have not been able to use this successfully.

I cleaned my fearwindow with alcohol, let it dry and out it on. I waited some time and left the house. As soon as I pulled put the drive way, it fell off. Tried it a second time, no go. Totally disappointed.

Bought product last night. Suction cup seems strong. But the goose neck arm shakes all over the place. I get nauseous if I have to look at the phone while driving. Will return and try other options.

i have to stick this product to my front side and on radio glass and like london bridge it keeps falling down. Lousy product gonna take it back for a refund

Holds my iPhone 8+ just fine, but the stick is so long that unless it’s resting on my dashboard it bounces all over and sometimes falls. Not impressed, went back and got the vent mount version, which I like 100% more.

The part that holds the phone is good but the flex arm is long and it bounces up and down on the road. I would buy my next one with a shorter arm. I didn't end up using this item because it moves so much with the long arm.

I would not recommend this item. I like the other brand betters so I returned this and bought an ottie*. It stuck perfectly and Easy to use.

The neck is extremely difficult to move, impossible to do so while driving. The suction cup and plastic piece holding the neck on snapped off the rest of it a few months after purchase. Good theory. Poor execution.

It worked well, but lost suction to windshield after not very long. I reattached it several times, but finally gave up.

Have only used it twice so far, but it fell off the windshield after about 30 minutes. Will give it a few more chances, but if this continues, may have to return it and find something else.

the mount separated at a joint with in 3 hours of use. the release mechanism is getting harder and harder to release the phone. i'm going to exchange it tomorrow in the hope that i jut may got a bad one

This mount is okay for the price. I purchased during a sale and got it for next to nothing. I holds both android/iphone ok. Though it doesn't hold well on bumping roads. None the less it does the trick.

Got this on my way back from Arkansas to Colorado and needed a spot for my phone. It worked great for the first few weeks but then the pieces started coming off the flex neck.

Window suction isn't great, it falls every time it gets cold out. The plastic they use for the release is not the best, it gets stuck and doesn't release the phone.

Falls off window to easily. Had to replace twice. But was great for 3 months. Keep windows clean

It holds the phone well, but to release the phone there is a button that’s hard to reach. The button also tends to get stuck so you have to fiddle with it before it will hold your phone.

On initial use the suction cup worked well on the windshield but after a couple of months it started coming loose quite often. I am no longer using it.

It’s an ok holder if your in a pinch, I’m using it for my iPhone 7+ and it barely fits. When I put the sides back together it doesn’t really hold it that tight..... but it still works!

i needed a longer mounting option and this met the need. not sure yet about durability as of the plastic, oh well. havnt had any issues yet on ruff roads. good cheap mounting option.
