Doesn’t suction well

Weight of phone was average. Not sure why it didn’t work. At first I thought it was the one I bought so I initially exchanged it. After the second one I was over it and returned it and didn’t buy again.

I’ve purchased this 3x and each year the plastic breaks off. I have a regular iPhone with a case and when the days get hot the mount warps and with multiple adjusting it eventually breaks

The arm with the cradle for the phone moves a lot when you are not on a smooth surface when driving. Bumps are fairly common in this Massachusetts so I would suggest something other than this.

Unreliable Car Holder

After a while, it was not very sturdy as it would vibrate at times. The bendable arm eventually became loose and wobbly that it eventually fell out of the suction cup connection and could no longer be attached.

Poorly designed stand

Also, the suction cup bottom did not adhere well at all. Came loose after only a short time of driving and again after I remounted it. Returned it after only a week.

Posted .Hi! The longer something is, the more vibration it is likely to see. We tried to find a medium between stability and adjustability. If you find there is too much vibration, one solution would be to adjust the neck so that the phone rests on the dashboard. This should neutralize much of the issue in our experience. When the temperature dropped below freezing it ceased to function properly. The ratcheting mechanism quit working and the adhesion to the windshield often failed. Returned for a refund. Purchased a different brand.
