This Mobile holder works great. great grip, phone holder seems secure. Great product.

Doesn't hold up well for long uses. Falls off after 2 hrs of use. Maybe my phone is to heavy, note 8.

There are two parts to the product, a suction cup and arm that mounts to the windshield, and a phone bracket that goes on the end. Unfortunately the windshield mount is absolutely terrible and cannot support the phone on the arm, it only works if the bottom of the phone bracket is resting on the dashboard. The suction cup itself is holding fine, but there is a ratchet sort of thing that is supposed to tighten the arm to the cup and support the arm, bracket and phone. However due to how it is made, the ratchet teeth do not hold and just release again after tightening. The teeth are too shallow, or too slippery or something, it simply will not hold and pops right loose again. The actual Phone bracket on this is really nice, able to support from the bottom and sides and very easy to place and release the phone. But unless you want this resting on the dashboard this product is unuseable.

This holder may work for smaller phones, but it didn't work with my iPhone 7 plus. The holder was too small to hold the phone comfortably. While the holder did fit the phone, I had to shove it in and had a hard time taking it out. I ended up returning it.

So at first I liked it and how it was really reliable, but then the clips started breaking off where you lock the holder to the windshield, so it would easily come off the window.

The suction cup repeatedly fell off from the windshield no matter how carefully i cleaned both the cup and the glass... Finally, the ratcheting/holding mechanism that holds the grips and fone in place failed, so the fone would just fall out... just after the year warranty expired. Products like this discourage a person from wanting to buy any gadget. Total waste of $20.... Found a replacement - different brand - at Marshall's for $8 - a reasonable price for a plastic thing.

I bought this tripgrip at Best Buy about 3 months ago and at first it worked very good, but lately it does not want to hold on to my phone, I put the phone in and it want click, I have to take the phone out and close the gripper without the phone in it and get it to click, then reopen it and put the phone back in, and just in the past few days flexible arm has started to come out of the base, I will be looking for a different brand next week.

This is the 2nd one my wife and i have tried; the same exact model. Both have failed miserably...within 4 mths of using. Pros: - it holds still long enough for me to wizz on it. Cons: -the glue doesn't hold; it's not durable.
