It'd be even better if the gooseneck was a bit more rigid, and less susceptible to drooping or shaking with the vehicle's movements. The suction cup has held on well to the windshield since first installed.

it works great for awhile

After 3-4 months or so the microphone,does not seem to work as well. As I was told "I sound muffled". I was really expecting more from Plantronics on this their newest model. I have used at least 4 different brands of earpieces.
