This seems to have occurred with wide temperature differences. The lengthy flexible arm on which the phone with mount is attached is nice allowing shaping such that your device ends up where you wanted.

The extension arm from the suction cup allows you to adjust to the location and angles of the device; however, it could be a little stronger because it does shake some while driving on less smooth road surfaces.

Had to return one because the release button broke. Construction of product doesn’t seem too good- I’d pay more for same design with better materials and construction.
