The small tab type legs allow the holder to maintain security of your phone through rough roads. The gap between the tabs also allows the power cord to maintain a charge on your phone while utilizing the maps app.

It holds very well to the windshield and also grips my iPhone 7 Plus securely. The long goose-neck is versatile making it perfect for use in our minivan where there is no convenient dashboard space to stick a phone holder. I'm very happy with this purchase and would get one again if needed.

Strong and Flexible

Clean and add a bit of moisture to ensure a good grip to the glass. The arm of the hold is fully flexible and strong enough to hold the bigger phones. I use mine in a full size truck with an iPhone 8 Plus and there is no problem with the phones size or weight.

Made of all plastic parts, it becomes brittle over time when exposed to dash sunlight. Moving adjustable parts that are plastic is not a great combination... but for the price, serves its purpose.
