I returned it and got a new one and this one has lasted a couple weeks. I'm hoping it was just a faulty part on the first one. But so I'm happy with the second one I received

Good for window mount

The length of the stem for the window mount is bendy enough to contort it in the position I like, but isn't too bouncy.

Perfect for driving

This makes using the navigation function so simple. I no longer have to grab my phone if I'm uncertain of what i need to be doing, its right there. Makes for much safer driving.
