Though this is nice, it sure would be nice if they made phone holders that actually block sun glare, etc. It's difficult to see since you have to attach to the windshield.

Connections physically come apart

Strong Hold

I have an I-Phone7plus so it is big and heavy and this holder has no issues with the weight. this is my 3rd holder and it is a keeper. the only thing i do not like is when the phone is not in the holder it makes noise.

Does what it's design to do

The "neck" or the thing that extends from the base to the mount is long, would be ideal for a truck. I have a small car but good thing is you can twist the neck part back or which ever way you want. I've bought other phone mounts and have taken them back. I will keep this one
