You can't have the suction NOT work when you're relying on the phone to stay where you need it to use for directions or whatnot.

Mounts real easy to the window

I would be driving down the road and all of a sudden everything would end up in the floor and that is a driving hazard for sure.

Very Sturdy!

And I am very pleased. Hated putting my phone in the cup holder to navigate now it's mounted very nicely on my vent. Tested the glass mount first and it was a little shaky but not bad. Just Texas roads are horrible. So not blaming the product. But the vent mount is very sturdy. And the mount twists horizontally to see a full view of my phone. I need a second one for my wife.
