Stays fixed to the windscreen as far as I remember until you want to peel it off Has a nice clicking of needing as you turn the phone to its sideways wide-window-viewing position

I found this Awkward to look at and it wouldn’t stay stuck to the windshield after four times of cleaning and reapplying. I would be driving down the road and all of a sudden everything would end up in the floor and that is a driving hazard for sure.

The clamping mechanism that holds the phone in place broke on the second day of use, which is the fastest that any of these mounts that I have ever used has broken. This is also the most expensive mount by about 2-3 times what I paid for mounts that lasted weeks. You're not paying for quality here, you're paying for corporate mansions. Had this thing actually lasted for at least a few months, then this would have been a 3-star review with the following complaints: 1. The release button is in a very inconvenient place and is very difficult to push. 2. The option between suction and vent-mount is an illusion. The device came with the vent mount already attached to the holder and there's no way to get it off. 3. There's no adhesive to the suction cup, so I highly doubt that it would stay secured to even a spotless windshield for an extended period of time. 4. The clamp arms are a little bit too large and obstructive of the screen, especially when it comes to being able to touch near the sides of the screen. Now, the positives: 1. When the clamp works, the phone stays in place. 2. The vent mount does stay in place if you mount it correctly to the vent. By the way, I'm a delivery driver and need a mount to be able to effectively do my job. If you're not a delivery driver and don't have any other job that requires frequent use of the mount, you might be able to get away with using this for a couple of weeks before it breaks. But if you only need a mount for just a couple of weeks, go with the cheaper options.

This works ok for a day or so, ok for long trips as it will hold for that long. But its not recommended for a permanent install.

Best bang for your buck great choice if you want quality and affordability.

pretty good. i like it. its just after some time the suction tightener button keeps comes undone. Also the place where the phone rest keeps detaching from the flexible pole thing sometimes when you try to remove your phone from mount. I've only had is for a few months so I don't know how much longer its going to last.

Great buy! Comes with suction mount and vent mount.. easy to install & attach/detach. Using it with my iphone 15pro

I love the product but it is not very firm when handling the base it vibrates a lot

This is my second one...use it in a big truck, a co worker broke the first one. It holds to the windshield good and holds my moto G7 power with case. Shipping of it took forever, but that's not Best Buys fault I hope...

THE WINDOW MOUNT IS SECURE. THE WINDOW MOUNT HAS FALLING OFF IN COLD WEATHER A COUPLE OF TIMES. 20 DEGREE DROP IN TEMPTURE. 60'S TO 40'S. WHICH IS NORMAL FOR CONTRACTION AND EXPANSION OF PLASTICS. EASY TO PLACE AND RELEASE PHONE FROM HOLDER WITH SIDE BUTTON.

Mount is nice & sturdy but unfortunately I did return it boyfriend wanted a magnetic mount which I didn’t realize or pay attention that it not it a grip mount the side adjust to your phone size & has a platform to rest on

So far I love mine and compared to others I've bought in the past, this seems way better quality and easier to move/use.

I liked that it was easy to set up. But what I didn't like was that it constantly shook or vibrated so that I couldn't see the map clearly. I've been using it for about 3 weeks and have not been able to resolve the problem.

Unfortunately this wasn't the right size for my phone but it's a good product
