Q: How do u install the vent Mount? In a car cant figure out how to put it in
A: Hey Jessie. I too had a little difficulty installing the mount on the vent but very simple once I figured it out. The spring part is supposed to touch the front if the vent and you apply a little pressure to allow the spring to compress. And the rear of the mount will 'claw' the back part of the vent making a tight grip. Hope this helps.

Please try rinsing off both the suction cup on the mount as well as the windshield / dashboard with water in order to ensure there is no residue blocking suction.
