Good for what it is

But when you try to mess with it and turn it or kind of phone gets stuck in it. It will kind of come apart meaning that the surround will come off of the flexi end. It's cool, just kind of sort of can't touch it or manhandle it.

Decent but could be improved

Where the mount links up with the arm, where it can spin to rotate the phone. That part isn’t tight enough and causes the phone to bounce a considerable amount when driving. Everything else is great. Bad design on that specific piece but holds the phone great and the arm itself is stiff and doesn’t move.

Definitely would recommend it to friends and family. I’ve been searching for something to hold my phone in my car while driving and was skeptical about items that stick on dashboard or on vents. This gadget is excellent.

Holds my iPhone Pro Max 12 well and love the flip clip that fold from bottom for extra support for phone weight. Other Holders just holds the sides, and a good bounce from road bump, and your phone would hit your leg, knee or floor! Not this one! A Trooper for real.
