Works well. Holds phone securely. Suction cup firmly attaches to car window. Metal arm is very flexible. 180 degree rotation is fine if needed. My only wish would be for more ability adjust phone laterally without adjusting metal arm--a ball socket could have done this such as I have for my Garmin.

I used this in the vent mount mode, and cannot speak to the window grip. One month in (with relatively light but regular use) the phone holder itself is stable, doesn't wobble / make any noise*, and easily opens / closes / holds both my wife's large iPhone and my slimmer Android. It was a little difficult to attach to my particular vent, and detaching it was even more difficult--but that isn't something that should happen often. My only complaint is that the phone points straight to the back of the car / there is no way to angle it toward the driver in this vent mode.
*there is a rattle if the holders for the phone are left open without clasping a phone, but this goes away if the holders are squeezed to their locked position

While it will work to hold the phone, the 'arm' is FAR too long, creating a lot of instability. Driving on the roads in Oklahoma -- even the freeways -- is anything but a smooth ride and so the phone, in this holder, is bouncing all over the place, making it difficult to focus on the map image for even a second. So far the adhesion to the windshield is fantastic. But I likely would not buy this same one again.

This is a great phone mount for the car. I used the parts for mounting using the vent. I drove for 6 hours and it stayed in place, didn't rattle and held my phone in the correct place for easy viewing. I recommend this product.

Great suction and easy to use. Extremely simple and gets the job. I definitely overpaid but it is a good product. It’s durable, just feel like I paid too much for something very basic

Really like it. Only thing is i wish u could adjust the height of where the phone sits in the holder. Past that it holds up strong and setup was easy.

Perfect for what I needed it for... I use the vent attach... It is a little tricky to get it snapped on the vent, but once you get it firmly in place, it works like a charm...

I have purchased a few phone mounts. I had one that was expensive and similar to this one but the piece between the window mount and phone holder wasn't flexible like this product, so it was a waste of money. The Bracketron mount was not very expensive and works perfect in my car. I have not had any issues.

I was afraid the quality would be garbage because of the price point but was happy to be wrong. Sturdy mount, good suction and a snug hold. No complaints at all.

Inexpensive but outperforms the other mounts we've used for our phones. The suction is strong and the flexibility and sturdiness of the mount is very convenient.

OK-ish holder that does the job. You have the option to attach the holder to the windscreen using the flexible arm thing or to your AC vent grill.
One annoying thing that has been happening with this phone holder is that the release hatch often gets stuck and you'll have to flick or shake the holder a little to reset the button.
For Pixel 8A phones, the side wall can pinch on the lower volume button if you clip your phone in too hard.
Overall does the job if you want a cheap phone holder for the car.

These things come in an array of mounts - the suction cup is ideal in my case, and this was easy to figure out and mount on my dashboard (windshield is an option as well).
Didn't hurt that I was able to find this in clearance either! :)

The cup sticks well to the glass. The arm adjusts well and in a number of directions. Loses two stars because the piece that holds the phone broke. I have purchased two of these and both times it broke.
