    Great product. attached to the vent, it is a perfect location to see the phone, GPS etc. Also very stable.

    Poor build quality. Unreliable. I have purchased a couple of these now. They last less than a year before the mechanism that changes the size of the mount wears out and will not hold it's setting. It's extremely frustrating in what would otherwise be a good product

    It works well enough. I don’t leave it attached in the car because someone else said it melted. So far, stays in place on vents. Haven’t tried in window.

    I use this primarily as a vent mount. I have the same vent mount item in an earlier model and love it! I'm happy to have this newer one which also comes with the window mount. I haven't used the window mount option yet so I can't comment on how well it holds. I can also testify from personal experience, Bracketron stands behind their products and are happy to work with customers if you have any issues.
