Gooseneck Broke Quickly, Phone Keeps Falling

The flexible gooseneck does not stay in place, constantly shifts, and broke after only a short period of use. The “easy one‑button” device release is unreliable — while it expands up to 3.5", it fails to close properly, causing my phone to repeatedly fall out.
