Make sure you place the vent clips on the bottom-most vent bar so that it will be better supported at its base, this should ensure it does not fall. It adhered to the window perfectly and did not move/fall. I was able to rotate the arm multiple times to get my cell phone to the desired location. I highly recommend this product!

I can remove the metal from my case that was needed for the magnet and the wireless charger works now.

I haven't quite figured out how to keep that from happening but also shouldn't have to..? It should just.. work. Ha! But, seriously, the button getting stuck is a problem because then the side arms don't stay in place to hold your phone.
