    If I could give a 0 start I would have, no support for the phones, it shakes really bad, and very unstable mount. Disappointed with Best Buy which does not accept returns on stuff like this.

      Hi there Kati, this is Kaleb with Bracketron. I'm sorry you had some trouble getting your TripGrip to stay secure in the vents! This mount is meant to work with all shapes of vents. I'd recommend placing the vent clips into the bottom-most vent bar, so that the mount is supported at its base by the vehicle. Also, be sure you're taking advantage of the spring-loaded securing mechanism on the clips.
