Has fallen off while driving many time and almost breaking my phone. The grip is good but phone holder can slide off very easily when ur driving over 50mph and hit bump. Don't get it

Make sure you extend the two legs on the bottom of the mount in order to support your device from the bottom. Also, squeeze the clamps together on the mount so that your device is held tightly. I would suggest cleaning off your windshield as well as the suction cup on the mount with water in order to ensure there is no residue blocking the suction.
