I'd recommend cleaning off the surface you are sticking the mount to with water before applying, to make sure there is no residue blocking the suction. The clip that hood the two pinch arms is plastic and constantly pop loose. Suction cup is weak. A lot of vibration from arm which makes it difficult to see for navigating.

Here's some tips to get the mount to suction –– I would suggest cleaning off the dashboard as well as the suction cup on the mount with water in order to ensure there is no residue blocking the suction.
