I highly recommend cleaning off your dashboard as well as the suction cup on the mount with water in order to ensure there is no residue blocking the suction. It's also possible that your dash is not compatible with a suction mount due to its texture. I highly recommend considering our other mount applications, such as cup holder, CD Slot and Vent mounts.
