Within a week the green/yellow release button did not work . I had high hopes for this phone holder and am disappointed it did not pass muster. While I realize it was not expensive, it does give me pause to consider any of the TripGrip products and it would serve Best Buy interests to find a better product.

But my real complaint is with Best Buy cause they won’t do anything to help the broken unit cause it was over 2 weeks to take it back. Never shop at Best Buy… aweful customer service.
