The only problem I'm having and its a big one, is that it won't stay stuck on the windshield. Comes off too easy and is very difficult to get a seal to begin with. I'm driving and it just falls off. Then I can't get it back on and have to leave it dangling until i stop.

I was worried about the suction clamp, but so far it has stuck to the windshield without any issues. The clamps itself works great. I do however have a bit of a problem squeezing the release button because it is located tight behind the clamp. Other than that..... I recommend the item!

It has a sort of finger to tight up the phone in place but there is a buttom device to realese the phone, it is so hard that the device will fall every time you remove your phone .

Have you attempted to clean to the suction cup with warm water and let it air dry?
