The product is good but the phones are heavy. In the summer the heat will warm up the phone to the point where you cannot use it till it cools.

The arm is bendable so that adds to the fact it's not as sturdy as the lifeproof one I had that had a ridgid stable piece of plastic for the arm. It does the job well other than that.
