Avoid this product like the plague. This product was completely useless. The release button is extremely hard to press, making it difficult to remove your phone or GPS. The suction cup is the weakest I've ever encountered; it's made from a hard plastic that will not conform to the contours of your window. The slightest touch or jostle in the road will send it flying from your windshield to the floor. Oddly, when I returned this item to exchange it, the only similar product I could find was made by the same company, but cost less money. Oddly, it didn't have any of the above problems. The release button not only was easy to use, but when pressed multiple times you can easily adjust it to fit larger devices. The strangest part is, the "good" device seems to be the older of the two. The poorly designed device seems to be the newer replacement. A design fail that stinks of cost cutting and price gauging.

good you can adjust the arm to any angle . the only fail is the ratchet it flimsily, i have noticed this in several different types of window mount s.

Nice gadget to hold your cell phone when using Google maps. I think it could be made a little shorter so it isn't sticking up so high on the dashboard.

Mounting on windscreen works very well...heed their instructions to wash the suction cup before mounting for the first time!

This item seems to work well but like every other suction cup, they fall off the windshield from time to time. It serves its purpose

Did the job, but it obstructs your view of the road and it broke after two months of having it, the plastic just snapped right in half.

other than the poor services at the best buy store itself we were luckier to have found what we needed ... however client services should be job #1

I absolutely love this item and it is the best thing you can buy to hold your phone so you don’t get a ticket while driving.

Does not stick as well as I expected. Will not stick to textured dash. Had place on middle console in CRV.

this unit is used daily, it is the windshield mount and stays attached to the wind shield, it holds my Motorola droid with the otter box case, it has the quick release which is great, the only thing that would make it better would be if it had a quick charger built in to it,

This was the best Mother's day gift for my wife she told me. She now uses it everyday in her car to hold her Iphone 6. She all so uses her Iphone 6 as a dash camera as well. While driving it records video of cool thunder storms and other stuff. Try it out with your phone.

I found out that if the car sits in the sun and the heat builds up inside.......the adhesive on the base does not hold causing the entire phone cradle to fall over. its happened several times. Very frustrating when living in a south florida.

I purchased so when I'm driving I can see everythings whats going on from GPS to messages being received. I even can Facetime my contacts while driving. At first glance when I saw it in the shelfs, I thought it was flimsy but once I opened it, I saw it was strong.

I found it difficult at first to stay up, but I eventually got the hang of it. It works for now but I'll bet there is better out there.

Due to the length of neck you need to adhere to lower section of window. Have had a hard time getting suction cup to stick to window.

Exactly as described. No issues so far, but it has not been very long yet. If there are issues, I'll update the review.

Works well on my truck window when I'm driving. The others that I have tried didn't seem to work as well as this one .

I'm a heavy machine operator and have had many similar to this. All have broke or do not hold the phone. My machine runs 10 hours a day over tough terrain. I have other operators asking where I bought this item and will be purchasing it soon. "Priceless"
