I purchased this hoping to have a secure place to put a GPS in my Wrangler. The mount held the Garmin snug but blocked too much of my view and didn't have a strong enough suction cup.

I bought this on Black Friday since this one was on good deal. HOWEVER when I tried to put it on, it didn't stick to the window or the surface AT ALL!! I wet the surface and did whatever I can but nothing. This product was terrible...I don't know if the one I bought was the only one like that, but...I had to go exchange and got more expensive one...what a hassle...

I was very frustrated as the holder would bounce around and then fall off when I was driving... not very safe.

Decent functionality, but horrible in size. I suppose it might work better in a larger car, but not recommended for a sports car. Too big.

We purchased one for each of our cars. Less than 6 months later, the device holder started drooping, when I tried to adjust it, the entire thing came off in my hand. I was able to get the amazing Best Buy Customer Service reps to replace it. I thought perhaps I got a defective model, I WAS WRONG!! Again, less than 6 months later, the device holder started drooping & came apart when I tried to adjust it.

Worked for one trip then stopped sticking to the dash and was not really worth it.

Bought this unit to hold my cell phone while I drive. The bracket seemed to be good and held my Samsung Phone just fine. However, in a short time, the suction lock down part of the bracket begin to fail. Within 3 months of normal use, the part failed completely and I could no longer ratchet the suction down on the window without the lever releasing and allowing the bracket to fall.

The windshield mount is practical but very delicate, in less than 4 weeks the ball was broken to turn the phone.

I would not recommend this purchase. for $30+ dollars, this not work.

As a uber driver, this product is great for a short period of time until it breaks by just adjusting it.

In less than one year I bought 2. After this I've changed for another brand

Doesn't support iPhone 7 plus with case. After 5 minutes driving fell off the windshield.

The materials used were very cheap and I was worried that it would not last very long.

I bought this product for my long trip and it kept dropped off.

I bought this to mount my IPhone 6S Plus to the windshield of my car. I have the IPhone in an Otterbox Commuter Case. The combined weight of the IPhone and the case must be too much for the Bracketron Windshield Mount. The base of the suction cup is ripping, and I'll have to return the unit for refund or exchange.

GPS is hard to align in mount! Sometimes falls out!

I expected more for this product....no big deal...

This item was so good that I got another for my wife. we both thought they were awesome until they both broke 3 months later. Thank God they have a warranty of 1 year and we got our money back. I found out from the store that they seem to break often.

This mount was too flimsy and moved up and down with every little bump in the road. The suction cup part broke off after a week of use. I got an off brand one on Amazon for 1/2 the price that works much better.

Worked great for 3 weeks then it would no longer hold my phone. Best Buy would not Exchange it. The spring or whatever you squeeze to hold the phone no longer works.
