I purchased this mount to use my Galaxy S5 as a dashboard camera. The suction cup holds strong (although tends to be a pain in cold weather). The arm is strong, flexible and durable, the phone holder is strong and yet flexible and capable of holding a variety of devices (it holds my Samsung Galaxy S5 with the Otterbox case on it and can hold bigger devices as well). There is some vibrating/shaking when driving, but not a huge deal. If you use this for a dashcam, it is decent. If this is used to for hands free/GPS, this is an awesome mount. Either way, I would recommend it.

I read all of the reviews about problems with the suction cup but I have had no problems. I am using the Bracketron - Nav-Mat III with the mount with no issues. I have the pad and mount on the center console of my Pilot and it is the perfect height for me to see and easily reach my phone.

I bought these for each vehicle to hold my iPhone 6+ on the windshield. It works great, stays up for a long time and can be adjusted for the best possible visibility. As a side note you can use this with an iPhone 6+ in the Otterbox protective case - but it's a tight fit.

If you're anything like me, you've tried a few of these mounts only to find that—after, say, a very hot day—the suction cup has failed and your bluetooth speaker, etc. is on the floor. Plus, my windshield seems to be at a funky angle; so it's truly difficult to keep it flush while installing. Not the case here. Days over 100 degrees, and it's stayed...well, mounted. It does the job. And for the price, that's what it should do.

This is my 2nd purchase of this product. My original purchase lasted 2 years and would have probably lasted much longer if my car wasn't always parked in the direct sun. The only issue with this mount is that it is not strong enough to hold the weight of my new cell phone without bouncing quite a bit. My previous phone was a Samsung Galaxy S4 and it worked great with it. My new phone is a Motorola Moto X Pure and it is larger and heavier than my previous cell phone. With this difference in weight, the mount's long arm bounces a lot on roads that aren't perfectly smooth. This makes it hard to see and read the screen. Otherwise this is a high quality product. I just don't think it was meant to be used with a phone that weighs as much as mine does. I still highly recommend it for lighter phones.

I have used this mount ever since I got it. It sticks very well to my windshield and is daily adjustable. Great mount

will not stick to a curved windshield, most windshields have a curve as does mine. I even called the company and they said it will only stick to a flat windshield. WASTED MY TIME

I love the way this mounts to my windshield. I use this for my GPS and for my cell phone (mostly my cell). I only use my cell while driving to get traffic updates on my way to work (or other places). This device helps to keep my eyes on the road. :-)

It's pretty good, although sometimes it does fall but not to often. Great for iPhones with cases, I have a life proof case and it fits.

I loved this mount. It worked perfectly for about 8 months. At that point, it broke where the cradle connects to the arm. I haven't tried to contact the company yet about a replacement part.

Cheapest, most worthless mount ever. It was okay for a couple weeks, until the gear mechanism started stripping out, now it wont hold the phone.

I use this when I go road tripping. Works like a charm.

I purchased this product twice. Both times, the mechanism inside gets loose to where it doesn't stay locked and hold my device anymore. After going through 2 of these, won't purchase this one anymore. Will try the insignia brand this time around.

Very shakey and Suction stopped working within a month. In the trash it goes.

Suction did not work at all on a new set. Planning to return.
