    Awful Customer Support

    I was a kickstarter supporter of this item. At first it worked acceptably. The Dash is temperamental about where you place your phone. I have to make sure I am either carrying it in my hand or that it is in my pocket and oriented a certain way for the Dash to get reception. This is merely annoying. One of the earbuds began to get weak and eventually stopped working. I contacted Bragi's support to try and get it fixed. Multiple emails and three weeks later I still have no resolution. They ask you to send pictures to ensure you are doing things to their standards after every attempt. They ask for constant downloading and changing of the different firmware. I have spent hours doing their job for them. I believe their intent is to have me jump through hoops until I give up and they do not have to replace their defective product. If you want to be a beta tester and then be treated like a child when you ask a company to back their product, by all means buy this product. I would suggest going elsewhere.

    Bragi - neat concept - poor deliverance

    I had been looking forward to the Bragi Dash ever since I first saw them being developed. Got my pair just yesterday - downloaded and updated all of the Firmware to latest version - fully charged them Set up was easy and connecting to my iPhone was a breeze. the 'touch' sensors are a bit tricky to get working consistently and I found myself having to tap many times just to get the earbuds to recognize the touch. (this can be troublesome as sometimes it takes 1,2,3 touches to affect a change (like moving forward to next song or back, etc). but the biggest complaint (and why I am returning them ) is that the Bluetooth looses connection more than 50% of the time. I have had other wireless earbuds (jaybirds) that never lost connection and I really wished these didnt. I normally set my phone in my left front pocket - which I know can be troublesome, so I moved it to my right front - then tried my shirt pocket - still no luck. I hope they get this figured out because having that as an issue is a blocker to owning this item.

    Worthless Headphones, Worthless Company

    Poor Bluetooth connectivity and poor customer service. Customer service informed me via email a certain number of units left the factory with faulty bluetooth antennas but I can't get mine repaired or replaced because they were a Christmas gift and as such I do not have proof of purchase. The headphones are an awesome concept, completely unusable during any kind of significant physical activity like running or mountain biking. Unless you like the sound of a skipping disc or vinyl record in the background.

    I really love theses headphones. They are very clear when streaming and talking on the phone. The best feature for me was noise isolation. The wireless connection does fade when more than 10-15 ft away from device. Unfortunately, I had to return the product because of its size. I have small ears and even though the silicon earbud protector fit in my ear canal, I felt as if it was going to fall out.

    Failure to Honour Warranty?

    I have been trying to get this resolved since Jan 31, 2019. My earbuds will no longer charge. When requested to provide proof of purchase and address, I compiled without hesitation. I even sent close up photos of my earbuds for their convenience. Since that time, I have been told they are: Feb 5 - "working on a logistics update" which should be resolved "very soon" Feb 12 - "still working on the logistics update" Feb 26 - "positive that [Bragi] will be able to continue with the return process in the coming days" Mar 11 - "still waiting for the update" which should finish "in the coming days" Mar 25 - hopeful "to continue the process with the start of April" Apr 12 - "The product business (The Dash Pro and The Headphone) has been acquired by a 3rd party company" May 10 - they "appreciate [my] support and patience" however, they have "not been provided with a specific date" as to when the "acquirer" will "fulfill replacements" May 30 - "...sorry..." but they "cannot do anything but ask for a bit more of your kind patience" May 31 - "hoping that the open case will be solved in June" Jun 6 - "expecting this situation to be resolved in the coming weeks" You tell me: has Bragi shown that they will honour the warranty? Or is it likely they are just trying to drag this out to the point I'll give up?

    Great for Sports

    This is a great headphone for sports. I use it playing ice hockey, mountain biking and lifting in the gym-- the Dash fit is perfect and they never fall out. It's now become my favorite headphone

    Company in Limbo

    I survived a liver transplant last year and received these afterwards as a gift. Fortunately my liver is going strong but my earbuds are worthless. Bragi warranty seemingly useless. The charging case has pins that are easily damaged even by simply closing the case. It took multiple back and forth emails for them to come up with the following: (Bragi) Apr 3, 16:48 CEST HI, Thank you for your response. The product business (The Dash Pro and The Headphone) have been acquired by a 3rd party company which will carry on with the brand, product and customer support. It's very important for us that every open case is taken care of. We are working with the acquirer to ensure a smooth transition and continue assisting the people who are waiting for replacements. We will let you know the details as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding, and if there is anything else, don't hesitate to let us know. Make it a great day, your Team Bragi My temporary (hopefully) replacement Jlab jbuds replacement charger can be had for $10 new!

    Received and the left earbud would never connect. Contacted support they kept saying it was not charged. It had it's blue light on. Even best buy geek squad said something was wrong with it. Did all the updates and redid the software for each bud. Still never worked. Returned and bought a different pair of jaybirds.

    Worst headphones! Waste of money

    The first pair I got didn’t even work. Exchanged them and the new set won’t connect consistently, shut off randomly and don’t respond. These are the worst headphone I’ve ever owned. Nice concept and they look nice but so inconsistent

    Like tinfoil wind outside noise enabled and battery in case is dead in under a year wont light up or anything way to expensive to work this poorly

    Save your $300. Customer service worst experience

    My Bragi Pro worked for 4 months and then the left ear bud stopped working. I reached out to Bragi Nov2018 to get this resolved and after two weeks of getting the runaround, they finally agreed to replace them. 10 months later, I still do not have a replacement pair. The company refuses to take zero accountability and has zero integrity. Do a quick google search and you’ll see that there are a lot of others experiencing the same. I’m surprised there isnt a class action suit against them.

    The brand you can't trust, not working at all

    I got it as a gift, brand new from Bestbuy. I opened it and tried to use after three months from the day I received. No connection through any of my phones. No phone support, so I had to researched from internet and Bragi official website. I emailed the tech support, but no luck from them. Stay away this brand.
