Piece of junk. Please don't buy this

I called Warranty department and they sent long list of things to do to get it repaired. I prefer to loose money than wasting my time to get repaired. When we buy a new product, we expect it works at least for one year. But unfortunately, it is not for this product. I have used Philips product earlier and had no issues with them. I will never buy any Braun product in future

Fair, But Not Great!

My Norelco was needing a blades change and I thought that I might try out the Braun, but it was not for me.

I have very little facial hair and I need to go over the same spots multiple times to properly cut.

Had to return - wouldn't cut

There is no adjustment to the cutting and it simply would not cut the hair. I've had other Braun models and those were great, but they had adjustments to change the cutting level.
