I purchase this as a gift and I recived a used product I didn't realize it was open since I never opened the delivery package and by then it had past my product return window. This is the 3rd time I received a open box product. The shaver works great, I had to purchase a second one for the gift purpose and gave this one away. I'm giving a bad rate for the sole purpose of being sent a used product not for the quality of the shaver

Not worth the money, that's not something i ever thought would be said about a Braun shaver, in my younger days a man knew how you felt about him if you bought him a Braun. Strictly the best shaver around, expensive, but more than worth it, not now, now it seems to be cheaply made, but the return procedure was painless, thank goodness, also managed to find sale on replacement head. Still not worth it, is it because its not made by the same company?

Bought this for my father. He doesn’t like how close of a shave he gets. Unfortunately the 14 day return policy has gone by.

This Braun shaver's design cannot cut slightly longer hair in several areas of the face. Selected this shaver based on my prior experience with good products from this manufacturer. This style just doesn't work satisfactorily with my beard. Maybe I should have chosen a rotating blade type.

Lousy job shaving. You have to REPEATEDLY go over the 5 o'clock shadow to see marginal results. It's like vacuuming that little piece of string on the floor over and over again because it just won't get picked up. Waste of time, and waste of money.

This shaver is absolutely horrendous. I think I get a better shave with a kitchen fork. No matter how hard you push down, it does NOTHING!!!!!! PLEASE DON"T BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!

This razor doesn't work for me..this razor.just does not give me a good shave.i will be sending.back to Braun.

It was ok not too happy about it I bought it for my 13 year old boy And doesn't work...... Leaves face red and give my son acne I do not recommend it to anyone

Did not work. Had to go over spots multiple times and left painful skin behind.

It’s not giving me even shave at neck and throat area and giving hard Burning sensation.

I bought in April and it has already died. I wouldn’t recommend this shaver.

I've had great luck with Braun. They shave a lot closer than any other brand. This razor really. I recommend it to anyone.

Nice razor, very quiet and efficient. Too bad has to order it, not it store.

This is the most expensive device I have tried and so far the worst, it doesn't cut some hair, feels like its blunt and its the first time use.
