    Very disappointed with this model. Had a series 7 for many years and docking station finally broke. Figured it was time for an "upgrade." This new model is horrible. Does not shave close and irritates skin. Old model never caused any trouble.

    Don't buy from BestBuy. Never ever get order. and BestBuy customer service employee don't care about customer. So be careful.
