This thing deserves more than 5 stars. The best shaving device to get extremely close to the skin and does an amazing job. Please buy this and get the protection plan too, it’s so worth it. I use mine every single day and I’ve had it replaced 2 times and with the protection plan I only came out of pocket for another plan.

First time using an electric shaver - was afraid of getting nicks and cuts from the sharp blades but never got any cut no matter how I use it so far and also shaving quality is almost the same as using my old Gillette Fusion5 which is pretty surprising!

Having used just disposable razors since my army days I never thought about purchasing an electric razor. As I got older I developed skin issues. My dermatologist suggested switching to an electric razor. After conducting extensive research I decided to spare no expense for my face. This Braun 9 series is expensive but well worth it I have use it a few times and can tell the difference.

I was hesitant about making this purchase but very glad I did. Excellent quality shave, very close and doesn’t irritate my skin. Also, I’m african american and the conventional wet razor shaving usually cause redness and irritation, especially when you’re shaving everyday. Not with the Braun series 9. You can shave everyday and get that close shave without any issues.

I researched electrics because I injured my wrist and couldn't use my normal razor for a while. This one is the top of the line. It does the job and doesn't seem to cause any chafing. I was hesitant about an electric but am now a convert.

The Braun Series 9 gives a close shave and is easy to clean. It was on sale for a great price.

I used to use Philips products but wanted to try something new and I had a Best Buy gift card. I'm happy with the Braun. The only issue I encountered is that is struggles to fully clean hairs from the nooks and crannies of a face (like under the cheek bone). A real razor does better, but i guess that's to be expected.

This is a nice improvement over the last model. Close shave - long battery life.

It's a good shaver but I'm not sure that it's 200$ better than my old Braun that the trimmer broke on.

I recently upgraded to the Braun series 9 electric shaver and they did not disappoint. It’s the closest, non-irritating shave that left me delighted. Been a while since I used an electric razor, and this one doesn't disappoint! The base is awesome for cleaning and charging, and it lets you know when it needs something.

Good shaver. Easy to use and clean. Use daily and still close shave.

Works for my head with up to 3 days of stubble so far. Only minor thing is that when inverted like that, it makes little wispy hair balls and drops them. But most electric razors will have some hair droppage, so I can't fault it for that. Very close shave.
