By far, this razor is the best electric I have ever owned. I have owned and used several brand electric shavers over the years with no real satisfaction of a good shave. This shaver is a bit pricy but the shave is the best ever. Flex head, easy clean and although I don't used it with water, it can be used in the shower with shave cream. Has its own cleaning bath. Great unit and well worth the extra money.

The Braun Shaver and Cleaner works well and has a good batery life.

Best electric shave I’ve ever gotten, almost as good as a blade. Better in some ways to be honest. It has a learning curve, shaving in different directions to get all of the hairs growing in different angles. But man is it a smooth shave!

I bought this to replace my 15 year old braun shaver that still works. This thing works great and being able to shave in the shower cuts time.

I’ve been using rotary shavers for over 35 years and decided to give this one a try. It was very comfortable and shocked me that it was that good. I hope it lasts a long time. I will never go back to rotary again. Good job Braun. I have sensitive skin and I have to go easy under my neck and this shaver performed beautifully. For other reviews that said it don’t get as close as a blade, for me it shaved closer. Very happy with it.

Sturdy, very well made, self cleans. I am new to electric shavers and "went big" but then also "went home" -- because that is where I shave. So far this has worked very well and produces and excellent shave.

I love this shaver had others in the past but none as good as this one I use it on my head and beard and unlike razors you won’t have to worry about nicks and cuts .

First electric shaver and after a few weeks it is really convenient and does a great job. Never thought id stop using the stabdard ones but im sold in this. And my wife loves my face and compliments me more now

I've always used a regular shaving blade to shave and I have thick facial hair. I was so tired of the razor burns and wanted to try something that would decrease razor burns. I came across this Braun Series 9 shaver and was really skeptical to buy it but after reading a lot of good reviews I went and got one. I was very impressed with the quality and closeness of the shave this electric razor gave me. I do recommend using a pre electric shave lotion or splash if you use the dry setting.

First time using an electric shaver! It takes a little adjustment but I get a close and clean shave, without ingrown hairs!

Braun shavers are absolutely the best. I used a well-known brand rotary shaver for years. when I switched to Braun I was amazed at how much better it is. Smoother, and a closer shave, particularly in tough spots. It is not inexpensive, but over the life of a good shaver, it pays for itself.
