I am a black male with extremely sensitive skin and facial hair that grows in multiple directions. This shaver has done a great job of cutting my facial hair, without much irritation. Other shavers felt like they are pulling my hair out, this one does not.

I really like the shave. I have been a Norelco Guy for a very long time and I still like my Norelco shaver and still use it on occasion. The Braun is a different shave than the Norelco. It’s a back and forth motion where the Norelco is a circular motion. I am anxious to try the Braun wet. I think I am going to really like it.

I've used a blade for years (76 y/o) but heard many good things about the Braun 9-series razors so decided to try it. Of course, it doesn't get as close as the blade did but I'm at that age where I really don't care anymore about closeness. I only shave three times a week now since I'm retired and stay home most of the time. I have only used it dry so far and will probably keep doing so since it's the quickest way to go. I like the cleaning/charge station. I clean it in the station after every three shaves (once a week). The other two times I use the brush. Overall, I really like this razor. It's premium quality, easy to handle and does a very good job of shaving.

Great product for any man that loves to shave in the shower, shave dry or wet. Shave in shower without any worries.

Best electric razor I’ve ever used. I was a little put off by the price but when I bought it and used it with no razor bumps afterwards it was worth it.

It can be challenging to get a close shave on a shaved dome but this Braun does the job on the first pass. A nice product with about 50 minutes or more of shaving. Comfortable close shave. You will probably not get the advertised 18 months shaving time if you do the top as well, but so what?

I'm a barber and love this shaver. I was using the andis gray foil shaver. It got the job done but took more strokes to remove hair. This Braun eats hair way better. It can take off way more hair (doesn't have to be super short to shave)

This is the best shaver ever. My old one was a 18 year old series 5 which still works but the charging cord broke. There is a major improvement in comfort and closeness, not that I have anything bad to say about my old one. I highly recommend this shaver to anyone looking for a good quality razor.

Braun continues to improve on each model and this razor is definitely top of the line! I never thought I could get as good of a shave with an electric as I could with a "traditional" 3 or 5 blade razor; Braun has proven me wrong time after time. Not only does the Series 9 leave my face smooth as ever, but it doesnt feel like I peeled off the top layer of my skin every time I use it. Lets not forget the fact that I dont have to deal with shaving cream anymore. I save time and hassle in the morning by keeping it in my work bag and there is little to no mess if I need to use it at work. Charging and cleaning makes maintenance a breeze with the touch of a button. Keep up the good work Braun and thank you Best Buy!

This is without any question the best shaver that I have ever used. I have been using the other name brands for many years.

I had a Braun 7 and accidentally broke it. I went to a Norelco rotary and it took twice as long to shave as the Braun 7. I then went to a Remington and had the same issue. I splurged on the Braun 9 and it was expensive but faster and has a closer shave than the 7. If you want a good shaver, you get what you pay for.

I had own this machine in the past, I waited almost 7 years before getting a newer model I threw the other one in the garbage. It’s a better model over all in comparison with the previous machine I own. However, not to big of a improvement. The machine still has is up side and down side. It needs improvement in the closeness of the shave. If the hair is a little longer than usual the machin will pull your facial hair . It’s. Useless if you want to use in other parts of your body. Overall it and has good battery life and it’s reliable as far having a shaver that just shave. However a But a better shaver can be found for a better price. Will I give a chance again to the makes of the machine. No, unless, it was sent to me for free.

Bought this shaver for my my father who is a disabled veteran. He loves it and can now do touch up shaves when I am not available. Love this product.

My skin is so sensitive when it comes to razors. This product has made shaving easy and my skin has never been happier for it.

This shaver is great. It's nice to have a system that cleans itself. It's also so convenient that it can be used wet or dry. It's great quality and gives a nice clean shave. The little trimmer not he back is wonderful for getting those difficult areas near your ears and under your neck.

Excellent shaver. Use for entire body. Better than a blade, there is no more bumps afterwards!

I haven't used an electric shaver for about 3 years and was using a multi blade safety razor with good results. I wanted to see how much the technology had advanced, and was happily surprised to find a closer shave then with the blade. I've used it for several weeks now, and am completely satisfied with the shaver.
