This electric razor is the best one I've found. After switching from conventional razors, and after giving my face a couple of weeks to adjust to this kind of shave, the Braun Series 9 is giving me some of the besr shaves I've had. And it is versatile -- I can do a dry shave very quickly, or take more time and do a wet shave. I'm a happy guy!

It really does get a close shave effortlessly and painlessly.

For just the electric razor, I prefer the new top of the line Panasonic. But the cleaning fluid for it is not stocked in the USA. And I had a miserable experience purchasing it from Amazon. So I next tried this Braun. The shave is about 99% as good as the Panasonic's and its cleaning fluid and replacement foil and blades are sold everywhere.

I've been using Braun electric shavers for years. I could shave the same way with all except this one. You will have to go way slower across your face and focus on going with the grain at first. I was going to take it back then I figured out the two tricks just in time to keep it. I believe someone who hasn't used Braun before will have no problems, it does give a great shave.

This shaver is super super smooth. I did not get any bumps on my face after shaving like I would with my old Norelco sense 3d. The cleaning system is awesome. All you do is push a button while it’s charging and BOOP, it will self clean your shaver. This thing is awesome. Do yourself a favor and stop the research. This is the one to get.

Just like most other reviews, this is an excellent electric razor. The two drawbacks were ones that I was expecting. The trimmer is pretty weak, the one I first purchased almost 20 years ago was way more precise. The foil does not allow me to get a close shave on my neck. I am still impressed with the overall quality and closeness of the shave everywhere else. I would buy this again.

For 40 years I used a Nerelco, Avoided Braun because of Price. Figured " How much better could it be". Just spent $349 and it is the best razor I have ever used. The absolute best! Closest shave I've ever had. This razor is well worth the Price. Cleaning and charging stand is also a winner. Wish I hadn't waited so long to try Braun.

I purchased this razor to replace two older generation brain razors I have owned for years. Although I have not used this razor in wet conditions, it has been excellent as a dry razor and provided me with a close and comfortable shave. I would definitely recommend for someone looking to upgrade

After using this shaver for more than a month, I can honestly say that it's the best electric shave that I've ever experienced. In fact it rivals or matches a manual shave. It's build and finish is genuinely premium. It costs a little more and it is worth it!

I have owned a lot of electric shavers over the past 30 years or so. A LOT of them, and I keep coming back to Braun. While this shaver is not perfect, it does strike the balance of close shave and comfort. I do have sensitive skin as well as thick facial hair, so finding the right shaver is hard for me and I have tried many, many brands, but I keep coming back to Braun.

This product is a close shave & very easy to operate!

I really like the shave. I have been a Norelco Guy for a very long time and I still like my Norelco shaver and still use it on occasion. The Braun is a different shave than the Norelco. It’s a back and forth motion where the Norelco is a circular motion. I am anxious to try the Braun wet. I think I am going to really like it.

Provides a great shave. Balanced in the hand. It replaced a Panasonic model which I really liked and to my surprise was even better. A bit expensive but worth it in my opinion. Got the cleaner because it was included at no extra cost. It is easy to use and completely cleans and dries in 40 minutes. I clean once a week.

I am a black male with extremely sensitive skin and facial hair that grows in multiple directions. This shaver has done a great job of cutting my facial hair, without much irritation. Other shavers felt like they are pulling my hair out, this one does not.

I use this product often to shave my head and it's worth the price. It does a nice, close shave that I prefer and leaves me with no ingrown hairs.

After using for about a month now, very happy. Super close shave without any irritation. Something I couldn’t get with the top brand razors. Definitely recommend!

Hello, Had the braun Series 7 it was OK, But it all way felt ruff & aggrieve on skin. The Braun Series 9 is smooth & easy on skin, Love it
