This shaves beautifully. Point blank. Period. As with any new thing, you have to find a system that works for you. Wet or dry, cream or oil, shower or sink. Buy it. It works. The only thing it kinda sorta loses points for is the trimmer. Either put one on the device that really works, or leave it off. Ciao

I purchased the razor during a black friday special to replace my series 7 razor that was not performing as well. While this is very quality shave, and superior to how my much older series 7 was performing, I am not sure if the performance warrants the price premium vs. a new series 7 foil shaver.

It provides a close shave and works really well wet or dry!

So far works as it should. Purchased it because I read a review about how it’s good on sensitive skin and so far it hasn’t given my a lot of razor bumps.

Fantastic product, been a Braun customer since 2005 and 17 years later it was time to upgrade, went with the top of the line 9 and am thrilled with the performance.

Works great and appears to be lighter than previous versions I have owned. Comes with good carry case and could not be happier with it. A little pricey but worth it.

I moved over from safet blades as I kinda got over them not giving me a close enough shave. This shaver takes some getting used to, but it shaves closer than my blade did. I really like the pivoting head and ability to use wet.

I have tried most every brand and model of shaver. Most are adequate but Braun, at this level, is the clear winner. Never mind its beautiful aesthetics. This Braun truly has brawn. I don't care how it work, it just works great.

This razor does an excellent job of giving a clean, close shave. The trimmer is wide enough to actually trim. I was never that pleased with my last razor so I went back to Braun. The automatic cleaning does a good job, but I could take it or leave it.

Got this to update my Braun 8985 and this performed better in every way. I guess the only real downside is the high price honestly. Hoping it lasts at least a good 5-6 years though.

Used for the first time today. Got a good close shave. Put through cleaning cycle. Cleaned great. Doesn't show how long fan runs. It runs about 40 min afterwards. Once I figured this out. Great shaver.

For me it was worth every penny. I always used Norelco and thought they did a good job but Braun is now at the top of my list. Smooth as a razor shave. And that's not hype. It is their top-of-the-line shaver and deserves that spot.

Closer shave the my braun series 7 but the 7 had better power and hygiene led signals. The series 9 is better for the shave but the series 7 is better with telling you the battery power and hygiene level.

I have been using a different brand of electric razor for years. The last two I got from them did not give me a good shave after two months. I had to replace the head. I have had no problems with this one and it wqorks better then anything I have had in years.

Although it is a bit pricey, it is a really good shaver. It has not been irritating to my sometimes sensitive face. It is not too loud and simple to keep clean. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

Bought it for my husband as a gift. He is very happy with it.

Great electric razor! Much better performance than other razor brands

Extremely well made with nearly all metal construction. The shave has been fine so far but haven’t Had it long enough to judge how long the blades remain sharp. The cleaning system is very nice and charges the unit simultaneously.

Pricey but get's the job done, seems like the battery has been improved lasting longer than I expected, easy to clean.
