I usually use the dry mode. I would say this is a great product because I have thick facial hair and sensitive skin and always had problems with less expensive shavers from other brands.

Great razor big improvements over past series. New guard allows for closer cleaner shave.

This is a lot of razor when you include the cleaning equipment with it. I'm not sure all of this is needed. It's my first electric razor in a decade so I have to get re-acclimated to it. I broke out in a rash on my neck after using it a couple of times - that might be something peculiar to me and not necessarily the razor's fault. Still, for the premium price, you'd think those irritations would not be there. Also, it doesn't give as clean a shave as a straight razor. But the shave is comfortable. I'm going to keep it to use when I don't feel like using a straight razor. It's more of a luxury than a necessity.

I always believe that you get what you paid for but it isn't so in this case. This electric razor takes a lot more passes to get a clean shave. However, to its credit, it is the only electric razor I ever used that does not irritate my skin.

Much better than the Noreclco I was using. Great design that fits man hands. Charges fast and easy to clean.

A nice improvement/upgrade from the series seven. The only thing I don’t like better is the trimmer. On the 7 it stood out farther. This one does not. Otherwise a great product.

Cuts great, cleaning station is great. It does leave shavings on your shirt, so you have to brush off afterwards.

Great product, well designed and engineered. But unfortunately I've never found an electric that gets *all* of my whiskers. Even this one leaves a lot of "long" orphans all over. My hair is apparently very fine and doesn't get picked up well.

Did a ton of research as I have to shave 5 days a week and wanted a top quality shaver. By far the features and quality of shave are top tier.

This gives me the smoothest shave I’ve ever had with an electric razor. It’s a bit pricey but I wouldn’t trade it in for a different one. I love the self cleaning feature.

This is my second Braun shaver. My first was the Cool Tec. It was discontinued. This Series 9 is pricey but worth it when it's on sale. The shaver gives me a very smooth, quiet and quick shave. I'm very pleased.

This Braun razon is the best razor that I have ever used and I gave my son-in-law just like it for Christmas and I highly recommend it to anyone that uses an electric razor.

I have been using Braun Series Shavers for the last 15 years and I find this quite easy to shave and trim in the morning. Main thing it makes it smooth for everyday shave needs.
