Great product and i love it but after owning it for a year it just quit! Customer service is not easy or convenient.

Best razor ever had, I love it. My friend and I went On ashort vacation toget me away for awhile, and he had one of the Braun Razors and I tolf him that was what I've been looking for.so when we got back in town, we went to Best Buy and I bought one. It's great.

I was hoping it will cut my beard faster and better. I’m not really impress since is a very expensive Razor Very disappointed it

Enjoyed the shaver I’d have to say the blades probably last around 6 months but still it’s saved a ton on razors overtime will never go back to tasers.

I shaved my beard for more than 46 years with razors. But I decide to go with bruan and I purchased that . I have shaving past two weeks with comfortable shaver. No problems so far!

This was a replacement of an older Braun which by the way was still working good, but I wanted a new one. Certainly not a disappointment it works great. Highly recommended.

I wanted a shaver that could be used dry or in the shower. This shaver does do that. I had a Norelco for years before I returned to a blade. I decided to get a new electric shaver and I really tried to read all of the reviews that I could find and they all seemed to point to the Braun. I have paid for it and I've had it for while now, so I'm stuck with it. Would not buy it again, I really prefer the Norelco. It has a much better, cleaner cut. I don't really have anything against this one. It is a high quality machine, but I just don't like the way it cuts.

Made this purchase for my husband for Father’s Day. He didn’t like it. Instead he uses our sons that he purchased for 10 dollars at Marshals.

Replaced my very old but still going series 7. Very happy with the results and if it lasts as long as my previous one worth every penny.

I have been using a series 7 for many years and decided to upgrade. Just like the series 7 the "wet/shaving cream" ability is about as useful as its ability to stay where you put it. If you use shaving cream/soap you CANNOT use the charger/cleaner until after you have cleaned the razor. I see no difference in the time or comfort between the series 7 and this new series 9. Using the wet mode is definitely counter productive as it takes longer and doesn't shave as close.

Heard many good things about this shaver. Decided to roll the dice and switched over from the Andis shaver. Worth every penny. Saves time as this is able to shave from a half!

I got a norelco shaver for a gift and I exchanged it for the Braun and I paid the difference. It was well worth it. I’m very satisfied and love my braun’s Shaver, AWESOME!!!

replaced older Braun model after about 8 years -- hope to get same lifetime out of this one

Many reviewers across the web have recommended the Braun series. I decided to take a chance but found this did not work well for me. The Braun 9 did not provide a shave close enough for me and it was unable to get several hairs no matter how many times I went over the are. I returned this shaver and purchased the Panasonic Arc5 which does the job. YMMV

I love Braun shavers. I had one before this that lasted me about 10 years and never needed a blade change. this one seems no different except the materials used to build seem to be a bit cheaper

Solid, well built. When you grab it, you know it’s going to last.

The build quality is good, but I'm not "wowed" by the quality of the shave. I had a Series 5 for about 14 years (so Braun shavers have impressed me with their durability) however I did expect this more expensive and more modern unit to give a far superior cut. It is just OK in that department. I find this unit completely missing hairs and over time I need to use the clipper attachment to get them because they are tool long for the screen.
