    I have two huge problems with this shaver since purchasing. First, it needed a battery replacement in less than one year. The replacement was free under warranty. Second, one of the charging touch points was peeled off in about a year. Now I only can charge the shaver with the cord plug in. I expected much more.

    I returned this item and purchased the Panasonic Arc5 wet/Dry Electric Shaver and Trimmer for Men, 16-D Flexible Pivoting Head and Auto Cleaning and Charging System, ES-LV97-K, Black. I love the Panasonic shaver. More steady and shaves closer.

    I researched ways to keep from having razor burn and this was one of the solutions. I used to rarely shave because of my neck breaking out now I use this razor daily with no irritation. I wish I had this years ago but glad I have it now!
