I have tried all kinds of techniques and no matter what I have to go over my face/neck several times to get a just ok shave. I end up getting out my wet razor to clean up all the spots the razor wouldn’t shave.

Shaver was horrible for my face. I followed the instructions, fully charged, and shaved my face. Shaver didn’t cut hair, it pulled hairs out of my face. I broke out almost instantly. I’m African American and have semi course facial hair. Used a previous model but decided to upgrade. I won’t do it again.

I've had Philips Norelco shaver for 10 plus years wanted to replace so I checked online reviews and saw a lot of good on Braun 9. Well don't be fooled very bad shave you have to rub your face off to get even close to a shave but a purchased it and figured I have to deal with it. but 14 months later it just stopped working no charge no lights just stopped I guess its for the best now I can go get a real good shaver Philips Norelco. I HOPE THIS HELPS OTHERS LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!! IF 0 STARS WAS A CHOICE THATS WHAT THEY SHOULD GET!!!

Honestly not the best shaver for the price. For such a high dollar shaver i would expect more. I have used a $60 shaver and got better cut.

My son got a better shave from a cheap electric razor

Broke one week into shaving. Squirted every time for hours.

Not sure if its me, or if its the razor. I got a terrible shave with this. I didn't expect it to get as close as a blade. However this left noticeable patches of hair. It wouldn't touch them no matter how many times I went over it. I'm sorry but I shouldn't have to reshave after shaving with a $300 "razor" Going back tmrw for a refund.

Not happy with the Braun S9 razor. This is my second unit. Both units have had issues with the power on/off switch has broken.

My husband said it’s not as nice as his 8, he wished he could find that one. It’s made cheaper, it’s lightweight. The ergonomics are off, awkward to hold. Basically flimsy.

I’ve tried several off brand and more affordable electric razors and every one of them out performed this Braun Series 9. I’ve never had to work so hard at getting every hair on my face and neck trimmed. Regardless of the angle, pressure, or direction it continued to be difficult and ultimately a disappointment. I returned this and went back to doing things the “old fashioned” way with much better results.

I got this because all the blogs and reviews I found said that this was best for sensitive skin. Holly razor burn! I tried it dry, wet, shaving cream, shave butter. Took 2-3 times as long as with a razor. Multiple passes needed to get a close shave and that caused more razor burn than I've ever had. Really wish it had worked out for me.

It’s a decent razor. From reading other posts i thought I was buying the Cadillac of razors. Not as close shave as I hoped for.

Purchased for my husband, he had the Braun Series 8 and it wore out, this one seems cheaper and much lighter he said. He wished he had his Series 8 back.

IT IS NOT A WET OR DRY AS IT SAID ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX IT GIVES A LOUSY SHAVE. I NEED TO RETURN IT

It's ok. Too fragile for the price. Leaving it in heat or dropping it will brick them.
