Not a clean shave, felt nice but missed hairs alot. For the price it should have been better.

This shaver does not cut coarse hair I was disappointed

He used it one time and a message came up that said he needed a new head for it. I should have returned it but I was out of the country. Now i'm back and need to fix it or buy a different kind.

This trimmer for the price hands down great for home use or barbering use love it

I prefer Any Panasonic series over Braun series 9 at anytime. After using for a year or so, the button gets locked make it off again and again. I hope they can fix the issue as the unit is under warranty. I won’t buy the expensive product with cheap quality again.

I had to return this machine. Although it worked very well, cutting the hair, it caused irritation, even with proper precautions..

I had to return this to the manufacturer for a full refund. The shave is not as close as Norelco shavers.

I had a lot of problems with this shave. Even after going thru the same area is did not remove the hair. Its not worht the money. I bought a phillips and it did wonders

The Braun Shaver feels great on the face and provides a close shave. I experienced no shaver burn, even when going against the grain. I'd recommend trying it out in the shower, which provided an even closer shave. The product gets an A for overall looks and it includes a sleek carrying case. Garbage, I have fine beard hair and have to go over the hair many times and press hard

I bought this razor for myself figuring it being german made was good, not the story with this one not only did it not give me a good shave and did not work right it could never shave my neck it would always miss a lot but today when it broke the head and ripped my lip open I had enough, it's going back.

Braun - series 9 shaver did not meet expectations. It did not give a smooth clean cut. It was cumbersome trimming the sideburns.

I have course facial hair and it barely cuts. Not good

Have been using Norelco Rotary for many years. This Electric Shaver simply passed over many whiskers and could have resulted in future cysts from ingrown hairs, I returned it and bought another Norelco.

I have been using a Braun shaver since 2013. I felt upgrading to the 9 Series razor would be a great step up. Unfortunately I was wrong it has been a horrible razor. I would not recommend this razor for anyone!

This shaver doesn’t work with my boyfriend. It didn’t give him clean shave baby face feeling like manual one. For the top of the line shaver, we expected more.
