    This device is so painful! Idk why anyone would use it more than once. I have high pain tolerance, but this felt like a thousand knives on my skin! And to make matters worse, it didn’t even remove the hair unless I went over the same spot a few times, irritating my skin. I will be returning it. There’s no way I will endure that much pain for the results I got.

    Gave it for a gift for wife and thought it would be a good option for her but it has a lot of parts and the information that comes with it is more complicated than it should be.

    For me this didn’t work at all. I tried the shaver and after going over the area 20-30 times there was still hair. I don’t have that kind of time. The epilator I couldn’t get to work at all. My opinion is to stick with a regular razor.
