Customers are saying
Customers are positive about the gameplay, story, music, job system, and voice acting in Bravely Default II, frequently praising the engaging mechanics and immersive experience. However, some customers are negative about the game's difficulty and the amount of repetition required to progress, citing challenging boss fights and the need for extensive grinding. Concerns were also raised regarding occasional performance issues, particularly noticeable frame rate drops. Despite these drawbacks, many players found the overall experience rewarding.

A Good JRPG Grind
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My first foray into the series. The learning curve seems to be fair, but I will echo all of the others who have said that this game is a grind! Be prepared. Great visuals though, especially when going into town.

Sequel the Prequel
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sequel to a great game that doesn't exactly live up to it's predecessor but it still gives you a fun adventure

Poor in game art, great game
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Feels like a journey and adventure. I wish the in game art was a little better, as it takes you out if some scenes. Overall pretty solid turn base rpg. The brave/default system is very fun to navigate.
I would recommend this to a friend- Cons mentioned:Boss fights

Okay game
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I’ve played through the majority of the game and the story is kind of dry and no matter how strong your team is boss fights take a long time. While I enjoy a challenge making every boss fight extremely difficult and normal fights easy just doesn’t make sense. No matter what job you use or you character level boss fights will be tough. I was excited for this game but I haven’t been super impressed when you could get a fun game like octopath traveler

Not bad / Not good
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In short: This game was both OK and good. The overall feeling is the same as the previous, Flying Fairy, but something about the story execution I did not like with this sequel. Also, it was a bit more repetitive on few things because of needing to level up high first to kill mobs in weaker zones and as someone who wants to clear the area first before moving the to the next, I did not like. Otherwise, it's a classic JRPG style. It plays close to Final Fantasy / Dragon Quest of the old if you are not familar with this series

Not as repetitive as the first two games.
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved playing BD and the BD sequel even if they get repetitive at the latter half of the game. This sequel doesn't really suffer the repetitiveness of the first two games.
