Works great until it doesnt. And it has issues about every 3 weeks. I hate this machine. I have had other Brevilles, and they have never lasted more than 3 years, but this one, I have had less than a year, and it is crap. Wish I had never bought it.

We have a high end Deloghi at home and bought this for our apartment. It's very impressive. I like that you can adjust the temperature for the milk. Expensive but worth if you buy a latte at Starbucks very day. It pays for itself in a year.

I LOVE this machine! You will get what you pay for. Had purchased a coffee/espresso machine which quit working after 4 months, so I splurged and bought the Breville. I use it everyday so my Starbucks run now is only for coffee beans

Well built, quality machine. This was the only site that gave me the option of colors for this product. Delivery was fast and communication was excellent. I will definitely purchase from Best Buy again.

Overall it is fine. The milk does not froth as much as we had hoped. The best part of it is that the coffee is so smooth in taste--not at all acidic. Is it worth the money? Time will tell.

Really love this espresso machine. However, I am having trouble with the 2 shot cup. Everytime I use it, the shots don't come out as if I do not have enough pressure? Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

best of the compact coffee machines in the market. in my area i could not find fresh roasted coffee beans so i do not need any coffee grinder for now.

I bought this after extensive research as a budget espresso machine. Works great for amateur shot pulling but the milk steaming wand does go wonky. It doesn't shut off manually (other than by unplugging the machine) so sometimes the milk foams over the steaming jug and makes a huge mess everywhere. And that's with a moderate amount of milk to begin with, not a whole lot.

Use it everyday. Great product with zero issues. Cleaning tool for stem is in the back under the resovior - package doesn't tell you that.

This is an awesome machine. The taste of coffee is exactly same as Starbucks when you Starbucks Espresso powder in it.

Great for beginners. The auto froth and auto wand purge are very nice to have. The temperature is a little low with no control.

Excellent consistency in the brewing. Quality appliance. Can't believe we've waited this long to get one!
