Wished it was less automated. Locking the espresso into the machine is very difficult- too tight and have to push the machine against a wall to not flip it over when locking in the espresso. Makes ok espresso. Wouldn’t spend the is much again on an espresso machine. Feel like it should be much better for the dollar value. Otherwise just buy a cheap one and get what you expect.

It was ok. I would not buy again. It’s hard to twist the top on.

Machine wouldn't go into the first use prime cycle. Super bummed about it, had the batista pro Breville and got this one to save counter space. Returning to store. Porta filter was also ridiculously hard to fit into machine not sure why they made it such a tight fit.

It makes good coffee but stopped working within 6 months of purchase. For a product that costs about $500 it is unacceptable and the product support team isn’t very helpful in resolving the issues. I don’t recommend this product.

The low water sensor stopped working. Customer service is not responding.

We are enjoying the delicious espressos, lattes and hot chocolate treats we make with this machine. There is somewhat of a more involved learning curve mostly because the user guidelines aren’t specific in all operations. Overall, a good product.
