Everything you need in an espresso machine. The instructions are lacking though so your best bet is to watch a YouTube video. Automatic system, easy to use after you have a rhythm down. I have a separate grinder and set it at a 2, 2.1 - 2.2 seems to be the best pour. I like using it, I look forward to it. If you’re debating, just buy it. Saved me money in the long run avoiding coffee shops, and I make it how I like it. Frother is great with whole milk, any alternative, it’s not really “frothy.” I prefer whole milk so it works out. I wish the steamer had a timer if you’re doing little milk and need to lift it closer. There’s a sensor for heat on the platform so if you lift up cup to froth then you may overflow (learning curve).

Think you need the bigger, more expensive breville espresso machine? Think again. This is all the machine you need. If you buy pre-ground coffee (e.g., illy), just use the pressurized basket. If you want to grind your own coffee, you'll want to buy a separate grinder anyway. The milk frother is stupidly easy to use, which makes lattes a breeze. This machine is the perfect blend of being hands-on and being easy to use. You'll make better coffee than the majority of coffee shops and save a pretty penny doing so (peep my iced americano below).

I’m absolutely impressed with this coffee maker. From the very first use, I noticed a big difference in flavor and espresso texture compared to other brands. Love my Bambino! It has a small footprint and it is well built. Love the coffees I’ve made with it and they actually taste better than lattes I’ve had at my favorite coffee shop!
